Can I retrieve previously erased spam mail? I deleted them today and would like to check over them, but don't know how to find the erased spam/bulk mail. Thanks! Rita

Unfortunately, all the emails once deleted from spam email box cannot be retrieved. I wish there could have been a better solution.

Did you delete the SPAM mails??? if deleted it's not possible to retrieve...if not deleted type a hint on search box and search I think you will find it....

Hi, It is not your fault that your mail to your friend entered spam. Email service providers usually have that issue especially yahoo. Gmail is better in that it accepts most mail without spamming then. Mails in spam folders are usually automatically deleted after some time on Yahoo. What you need to do is tell your friends who use Yahoo to include your name in their address books. That way, when they get mail from you, it will not enter spam. You can always check your "Sent" folder for a copy of the mail you sent earlier that didn't get to them.

Its hard to retrieve a deleted email.You sould have put it in the folder or something.There is a deleted tab in the email. If you deleted it from there too, then you cant retrieve it. But like beside inbox and sent message and draft, there's one that says deleted and spam. click on deleted.
If that doesnt work,try writing to Yahoo if the mail is that important.

Setup for how long mail stays in spam/bulk folders:

Click the bulk folder -> click "edit setting" at the top -> choose how many days you want messages to stay in the folder before deletion

1. Check the spam folder.
2. Check the bulk mail folder.
3. Check the deleted items folder.
4. If using a mail client, check the rules to determine if there is a rule setup to do something with email from that particular person.
