How do you answer another phone in the office by using your own phone

Do not answer, it is a scam, robot call offering great deals, free medical etc. there is such a number. It is generated using spoofing software. You can your phone number any thing you wish using such software. personally I do not answer phone if I don't recognize number.You do Not have to answer phone unless it controls you, It is your phone and you should control it, not someone calling you.. .

You need to configure your fax machine to act the way you want it to. instructions will be in the owners mmanual ..

NETWORK UNLOCK CODE:
To unlock your mobile you need to get network unlock code(NUC) from current service provider via phone or go to service provider office.

While you get the Network unlock code ,the service provider customer care officer will ask for your personal details to check whether the mobile belongs to you only.If they are satisfied with your answers they will provide with the network unlock code.

RESTRICTION CODE:

To get restriction code you have to call your previous service provider. This code is provided to prevent in case of theft taken place the other person cannot use your phone in other networks.

While you get the restriction code ,the previous service provider customer care officer will ask for your personal details to check whether the mobile belongs to you only.If they are satisfied with your answers they will provide with the restriction code.

You just need to change the Rings To Answer option so that it is the maximum 9 rings. This means that that the phone will be allowed to ring 9 times before the fax answers the call. This option is found in the Setup menu, under Communications and then Rings To Answer. Hope that helps.

Unfortunately, Office systems are all controlled by a central system that requires an administrator to make changes such as recording the system answer menu, creating menu systems, etc. This is usually done by the I.T. department or private contractor. Open Menu, Then go to Connectivity, Then Internet Settings, Then Select Mobile Office.
Now open your browser and start using Mobile office.
This answer is valid if you are using Airtel Connection and your Mobile office service is activated.
To activate it SMS GPRSACT to 511 and To deactivate (only after 24 hrs of activation) it SMS GPRSDEACT to 511.

I am not really familiar with your machine, but have worked on faxes for 20 years. Most models are fax, fax/tel, and tel, meaning it is either or, or a combination. The function you seek was on many models with a built in answering machine. As the machine answered, you said in your message to press start now, or leave a message.

I would say, use your *9* solution with phone while you are there, but switch it to fax mode when you leave. Any regular call coming in at that time will not get answered anyway, but faxes would automatically be received. I know it is an extra step, but that would work.
