how long does it take to cook the food?

Sounds like the thermostat is out of calibration. IE- you set the temp at 350, but the actual temp is only 275, resulting in undercooked food. I repair comercial restaurant equipment, and use an infra red thermometer to check actual temp in the oven, against the set temp.

The recipe is the one to follow, NOT stove. And always in center rack of oven. Too low burns underneath, too high burns top

the ideal temp in a fridge is +5C,no colder,or your veg will spoil.
