Hi, What OS are you running?
Perhaps you are running Windows 7. If you don't have another computer to create a password reset disk this method may work for you.
Start the computer in "safe-mode with command prompt."
Follow the instructions under option 2 of this webpage:
Windows 7 Built in Administrator Account Enable or Disable
Reboot to normal mode and you should have an extra Administrator account you can use to remove the password from your locked account.
If you do have another computer available which is able to burn a CD image or are able to make a bootable USB stick using the image of "NT Password Reset Disk" available for download on the following webpage:
Offline Windows Password Registry Editor
Instructions and FAQs for the software are at the top of the page, if you scroll down you will find the download links.
You will need to boot off the CD, from there it should be fairly self explanatory with on-screen instructions. This software will allow you to remove the password from your Windows account, once you have done this you should be able to restart and login to your account without a password.
