Does it buzz through cans? (headphones). Try listening on headphones (turn off any amps and speakers) on cue to each channel you use and to the master output. is it stil there? if so it's an all round earthing fault. If it's all good through the cans (sorry...I mean headphones), try it with the amp/s on again. If the buzz is back it souds like the screen on the main audio output connecters has come off inside.
It's a quick fix, but if you have never used a solder iron, take to someone who has.

Yes I can hear it in the cans with the speakers and amp off. So you are saying its a grounding issue?

The mixer only uses a 2 prong power cord, so what do you suggest I do? Thanks alot for your help.
Sorry about the delay. OK, out of interest, canyou unplug everything going into your mixer like decks, cdjs, mics, connections to amp etc. Litterally we want just your mixer plugged into the mains and thats it.
Ok now plug in headphones. Have a play with all the controls. Is it still buzzing?

Hi again. It could be one of two problems, but you will need to take it to a service centre to get it repaired. IMO its at worst (and my main diagnostic) the internal power supply. It's either already damaged or on the way out. If you are experienced with electrical repairs, meter across the internal supply. If you ate lucky, it could be just a faulty component on the output stage.
out of interest do you have a laptop plugged in the the same mains as the unit?
If you do unplug the laptop from the mains and see if the buzz is still there, if its gone then you need to buy youself a ground loop isolater you can get them from any good electrical store or on ebay.
