I have a problem whit my regular xbox my son he touch the parental control and he cant play now because he dont remember de 4 digit code what can i do

The parental controls have to be lifted from the console completely. I think you will need to contact customer support for a code for your xbox. I had to do this to my console when I set it up for my son. Those code instructions on the internet do not work. Contact Us Xbox select the callback request option.

Here is the procedure to reset the parental lock code:

1. From the XBOX dashboard screen, go to settings and then parental control.
   
2. When prompted for the password, perform the following sequence using the XBOX controller: X, Y, Left Trigger, X.
   
3. Enter in a new password, or disable parental control entirely.

he must have changed it back, change your parental code and switch it to 4 hours, once more.

Highlight Parental Control
When the screen pops up that says Enter Pass Code press: X, Y, Left Trigger, X

You'll be taken to the parental controls screen where you can disable the passcode previously entered.

my son's cars ramone dvd player did the same thing too. I put in 1234 and then ok and the movie started to play.

boot the xbox without any disk in the drive, go to settings and then parental controls if your parents have set a special code you'll have to ask them what you can do. if your older and dont have a mommy or daddy running your xbox, i appologize in advance
