Why does if i upgrade my laptop to windows 7, it can't be activated? and why does my drivers where not compatible with windows 7?

Because the laptop is made before Windows 7 is made. If you try to look at the drivers website (Click Me). There is only Windows XP and Windows Vista drives that is available not Windows 7. refer to the figure

I change to windows 7 and battery start showing need to be replace

Hi, this is a known issue in many Laptops which have upgraded to Windows 7 Operating System. I suggest that you check for the Drivers compatible with Windows 7 Operating System by visiting Laptop Manufacturer's Website. By installing all the updated Drivers of Windows 7 the Laptop functions as expected. If the laptop manufacturer doesn't provide Windows 7 Compatible Drivers then you have to downgrade to Windows XP. Please install WIndows XP to get rid of the replace battery message. The issue is not related to Battery.

Is it compatible to windows 7 64 bit

Not compatible or not working well with windows 7?
(making a program work with windows 7)

Maybe, It doesn't work because the driver/application you installed is for other versions of operating system. I am also using windows 7 like you so don't you worry, You can still use your old installer/driver from other versions of operating systems. Just remember that before installing any program in a windows 7 Operating System Computer, Use "troubleshoot compatibility". Right Click the Icon of your program installer/application first, then choose "troubleshoot compatibility". This will allow you to choose on what type operating system your program will run. Just reply back if it still doesn't work.:D rate and vote for me:)) julyallan01_52.jpg

I installed windows 7 and wanna get the graphics drivers now for ati 3470 mobility. . .

The first thing you should do is assure yourself that the ati 3470 is 7 compatible. If it is, either (1) you already have the driver in 7 or (2) ati gave you a driver with the device.

Check compatability on the package and/or visit this site and check for yourself: http://www.microsoft.com/windows/compatibility/windows-7/en-us/default.aspx

Thanks for your interest in FixYa.com

I installed Windows 7 on a laptop (HP DV2000) now the it give problems to come on, I tried over and over finaly i got Windows Vista 32bit on it, but it still giving the same problem, what can i do or how...

Windows 7 is designed for latest hardware and the Laptop you are using is quite an old. We will face compatibility issues.

I suggest you to run a Compatibility Advisor to know which Windows 7 version is compatible for your Notebook.

Install the suggested version using an upgrade Disk. If you use retail version, you will face the driver compatibility issues.

All windows 7 driver will not available. But, you can use Vista driver for Windows 7 if it is installed using an upgrade disk

Hi i'm Rain.
Ok first you need to locate you D-Link Driver.
Then you need to check the compatibility.
Most things running Windows 7 are compatible to Windows Vista
Find the D-Link Icons right click and look for compatibilitiy.
Or click properties then look for compatibility.
Click compatiblity and select Run Compatible With: What ever your system was.
If you got it with windows 7 . You may have to try each Compatibility : 2000/XP/Vista . Until you pick the compatible configuration..
I had the same problem when i upgraded.
