Air Buttons have a threaded body that has a nut on the underside of it that holds it in place. You will need to get the under the tub to get that nut off the button body to remove it and get it changed.

Your problem is most likely NOT the air button but the switch in the motor.

How do you turn this on? If it is an air button that you push, it may well be the air switch in the motor is bad. The air switch is latching so when you push the button on the tub it closes the switch and lets the power go to the motor. When the button is pushed a 2nd time the switch will open and shut off the power going to the motor.
An air switch will cost about $21 to purchase.
When you push the air button and nothing happens it could be the air button is bad or could indicate the air switch in the motor is bad. pull out the motor and plug it into a wall outlet. take a straw and push it onto the air switch, where the air tubing was connected, and blow into it. if the pump comes on then you will need a new air button on the top of the tub. If however it does not come on then will need the air switch that is on the motor to rectify the problem.
Most of the control buttons on a tub are not electrical. These buttons are connected to an air line that runs to the motor. Sometimes an aggressive button push can literally blow the air line right off of the bottom of the button. This problem is as easy to fix as it sounds. Find the loose air line and push it back onto the button. You will need to open up your access panel. Bring a flashlight. Be sure to check the connection at the motor too. Good luck
make sure you have power to outlet that motor is plugged into,if so try pushing jet button in tub about ten times in a row quickly then on tenth push use as much force as possible and hold.if this does not work,air hose from back of button to pump motor may be disconnected.
If it is a air button that pushes in and comes back up, there is a good chance that the switch (which is mounted on the pump/motor) is bad. If the switch is a touch button on a key pad, the problem is in the control box for the pump/motor.
All the electric power source to all jacuzzi tubs all required to be protected by a "ground fault" device. Have you noticed special wall receptacles in your kitchen and bathroom that have 'test' and 'reset' buttons? There may be a receptacle (or something that looks like a receptacle but without any slots for plugs) near the tub. Push the reset button. If the pump for the tub has an access panel, the device may be behind the panel. And last, the circuit breaker in the main electrical panel may be a ground fault type and needs reset there. Good Luck
