Does the motor make a noise like its trying to pump when you press the water button? Best way to check is when the car is off and you turn the key to accessories, then try the water. If you hear a humming noise, your fuse and motor are working and you have a blocked spray unit. Just use a pin to unblock it. If you dont hear a humming noise, locate the fuse and see if it is faulty. If the fuse is fine, your motor is bad so replace it. Hope this helps
Serpentine belt tightener pulley bearing was bad, made a loud noise. I replaced the pulley (jobber part) and the noise level was reduced enough to notice the waterpump was also making a noise ... more revs = louder noise. I am now replacing the water pump. (approx 60k Miles too).
Often over the years the Transformer laminations can loosen, from the on/off rising and collapsing magnetic fields, and then they sorta hum louder. I suspect this is what is going on. Shouldn't be too much of a worry.. keep an eye on it tho.
You are getting engine noise through your amplifier. To solve this problem you will need to install a filter in-line with the DC path, or install a voltage regulator in-line with the DC path.
