How to installation windows xp in hindi lenguage with picture

  1. Step 1 Open Windows Update (located in the Windows XP Control Panel), and see if SP2 is on the list of available updates. If you don't have Windows Update installed or turned on, visit the Windows Update website in order to get the latest Windows Update software.
  2. Step 2 Select the Windows XP SP2 item from the list of available updates, and click the "Install" button. Windows Update will begin downloading Service Pack 2 (a process that may take up to 20 minutes or longer, depending on how fast your Internet connectionmag-glass_10x10.gif is), and will then launch the installation program once downloading is complete.
  3. Step 3 Follow the on-screen prompts to complete the Windows XP Service Pack 2 installation. You will be asked to accept the terms of the licensing agreement before the actual installation takes place. Installation may take up to 20 or 30 minutes, after which you will be required to reboot your computer in order for the changes to the operating system to take effect.
  4. Step 4 Should you have problems installing XP Service Pack 2 through Windows Update, download the stand-alone executable from Microsoft in order to install the software update manually. The Service Pack executable is designed to make it easier for IT professionals to update multiple computers without having to download the Service Pack onto each one. Run the installer program once you've finished downloading it, and follow the on-screen instructions as mentioned above.

Service pack 2 for xp crashes the system

Access http://www.microsoft.com/downloads
and download XP Service Pack 3, and install it.

It is *NOT* necessary to install SP2 _before_ installing SP3.

After installing, run Windows Update (for another 80+ updates issued since SP3 was issued).

I have a 54g MaxPerformance 802.11g adapter which came with my compaq presario. My wireless network worked with WEP but won't with this computer using WPA2. I think I need to update the driver. Which one...

I do not believe that updating the driver for your network card will solve the problem, although you should always install the newest one for best operation. You can go to Compaq's support page here and see if there is an update available for your model.

If WEP worked for you and WPA doesn't, then it is an encryption problem. Encryption happens on a different layer than the driver, which simply makes your Operating System work with your hardware.

If you are running Windows XP SP1 or SP2, update the operating system to XP Service Pack 3 for best WPA/WPA2 support.

XP Service Pack 1 computers do not support WPA by default and cannot support WPA2. To upgrade an XP SP1 computer to support WPA (but not WPA2), either
  • install the "Windows XP Support Patch for Wi-Fi Protected Access" (link) from Microsoft, or
  • upgrade the computer to XP SP2
XP Service Pack 2 computers by default support WPA but not WPA2. To upgrade an XP SP2 computer to also support WPA2, install the "Wireless Client Update for Windows XP SP2" (link) from Microsoft.

If you have any more questions, just come back here and leave a comment - I'm happy to help.

Hi,I reinstalled OS XP Home and did service pack 3,I'm trying to set up wirelessly at home to Modem and I was told I need XP Service pack 2 (because of wireless connection Wizard) I dont want to uninstall...

First... you need to check if you have instaled SP2, on Start/Control Panel/Add or Remove programs; here select "Show updates"..
If you don't have SP2 installed, here you have the link : http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details.aspx?FamilyID=049C9DBE-3B8E-4F30-8245-9E368D3CDB5A&displaylang=en .
Download and  install.

Excessive windows updates

Windows is sometimes very annoying, I believe the update configuration file is probably corrupted. You can download the SP2 manually here.
You can also change your update settings to "install updates without prompting so that" so that it will install updates in the background without disturbing you.

Sai.

Navman F10 Software Update

Hi, I had the same issue. Found the Navman F10 software via the navman New Zealand website.
link: http://www.navmansupport.co.nz/Software/F%20Series/F10/NDD001___347.htm

once downloaded the F10 PC software, redownload your language voice to the F10 from the navdesk software you just installed on your pc.
Note: if the voice is already on the f10 and it's not working, try removing it then redownloading the voice again.
Once downloaded to the F10 select the required voice from the settings menu.
cheers.
