mobile model
country from where you brought the mobile
provider to which the mobile is locked
imei number of the mobile
finally they will provide the unlock code .

Your service provider have the configuration settings, expect if it does have a wireless signal, then you should locate wireless server in your area.

Got a new battery & the phone works as good as new now.. Guess it really was the battery

You might need to flash the ROM and start over again..

there is a guide how to flash from tmobile to s620 on there you will see links to and how to do this.. you don" t have tmobile dash version but the s620 version.. this will give you a step by step guide on doing this regardless if you have the tmobile dash version.. just follow the promps..

hi prasath i am using the same handset just let me know is ur handset is properly app unlocked and one more thing that error is about ur gprs settings .Currently i am using Vodafone Gprs and i have manually configured gprs settings .if u wamt more info just send me an email me at [email protected] and use opera mini instead of winwap it works great on dash
