you can update it by using nokia pc suite installed in your computer with internet connection .........first install pc suite in computer->keep internet connection active->connect phone via data cable -> click on software update icon in pc suite->check for updates->then install it.

switch your pc connection settings to Pc suite,
turn on your bluetooth,
install the driver for your mobile,
install the Samsung Pc suite,
then connect your mobile phone with pc

was you install nokia pc suite at your pc that you connnect to your nokia c3?
if you was not install, you need to install nokia pc suite first
because nokia phone can not connected to computer witout nokia pc suite

use cd installer that come with your nokia to install nokia pc suite

After installing the ovi suite connect your phone to the computer using an usb chord. Check the option to connect it using pc suite.
The pc suite you installed will automatically recognise your phone. In the ovi suit there is an option to connect to the internet using the phone. That is it can be used as a modem.

If so, the PC Suite will ask you to install the Microsoft® software hot fixes during the installation. To install the hot fixes for Windows® XP:

1. Connect the USB cable to the computer and the phone.
   
2. On the phone: When you attach the USB cable to the phone, a USB connection window appears. Select PC Suite.
   
3. On the computer: Click PC Suite on the autoplay pop-up to start the installation. If no autoplay pop-up appears, see the instructions below to access the installation software drivers.
   
4. In PC Suite, click on the first hot fix (KB943198), which re-directs you to the Microsoft® support site to download the hot fix.

10. Unpack the attached protected zip file. Click Ok to Microsoft Self-Extractor or select a source.
    
11. Use the provided password included in the e-mail.
    
12. Open the downloaded hot fix and follow the installation instructions that appear.
    

Note: If you run Windows® Vista, this problem installing PC Suite will not occur.
The drivers for the installation files are located on your memory card. The first time you connect your phone to a computer with a USB cable, a pop-up is often automatically shown on the computer.
To access the installation software drivers for PC Companion, PC Suite or Media Go:

1. Connect the USB cable to the computer and the phone.
   
2. On the phone: When you attach the USB cable to the phone, a USB connection window appears. Select Mass storage.
   
3. On the computer: Click My Computer > PHONE CARD/Sony Ericsson PC Software > pccompanion > Startme.
   
4. The PC starts to initiate the PC software installation. Follow the installation instructions that appear.
   
5. When installation is complete, Sony Ericsson PC Companion will start.
   

Note: During installation, several pop-ups may appear about Device driver installation or trusted software. Click Yes/Continue/Next to finalise the installation.

First of, you need a connecting device such as usb cable or a bluetooth ready computer. you need a PC suite installed in your computer. If you don't have the PC suite yet you can download it online, Click here for the PC Suite

If the PC suite is already installed you are ready to sync you phone with your PC. If it is already sync/connected you can now access the phone's memory card via PC Suite and copy the .jar application to the Java folder onto your memory card. After copying, disconnect the phone and the computer. Now, on your phone go to your memorycard contents and if you see the application installer that you copied there you can now hit ok to install it, if the phone asked you where to install choose memory card not the phone.
