Xerox online help is not particularly helpful! Google is often a better solution, but in your case, you need a service call. One of those new boards may be faulty.

This error means that there is a Memory Error, and is caused by wrongly grounding the machine. If the problem is not grounding, you'll need to get some parts replacements, and you should book a in site thecnical visit.

I have a Fax machine of Xerox make model PE220.From BSNL line connectivity is allways out of order.I want to connect FIXED CELLUR TERMINAL (FCT).After conecting machine give dial tone for outgoing calls.and other end caller received a fax tone on their machine when they want to make a call on my machine.But printer is not printing after some LCD diplayed a massage communication error.Kindly GUIDE me for change in settings.

Hello, Assuming this error is persistent and a simple reboot will not clear it. This error means that there is an Memory Error. This might be caused by an improper grounding (earthing) of the machine.
To fix this error, in case the problem is not grounding, parts need to be replaced. So I would advise you to book a visit.

Power OFF/ON
Procedure
Check the connection of each MCU PWB connector. The connectors are connected
correctly.

Connect the connectors.
Turn on the power again. U6-6 reoccurs.

Replace the MCU PWB (PL 9.1).
