My magic chef stove model number CER3760AAW and Serial Number 14616100WF has a glass cooktop and it has been broken. Can the cooktop be replaced? If so where do I called to get it fixed?

You can generally found the model number for a cooktop in a few places. Sometimes the model number is faded or rubbed out. The first place I would check is directly on the bottom of the cooktop that is usually were you will find the model and serial number. Secondly, check on the units electrical box many times the label is to the right or left hand side. Lastly, some cooktops let you lift up the top to clean underneath and you can find the label somewhere around the edges.

was usually mounted on the the drop wall
or were paper on the inside right corner

If you can give me the model number I can give you 3 places and there prices. The model number should be located on the bottom of the unit.

This part can cost over $400. It is usually not worth fixing. NEVER operate the stove with a cracked top. This is tempered glass and it can just explode! It is also a dangerous electrical issue. Liquid can drip down through the crack and contact the live open element.
