Touch Use GPS satellites to select or clear the check box.
try downloading GPS Essentials (free) from the market. It has a tab that shows how many satellites the phone is picking up. that usually is what determines the gps accuracy. also remember that the antenna is at the bottom of the phone. right where your hand holds it. This should not affect it but is good to know.
u need an external gps device bought separately and then trhu bluetooth u can communicate with this software in ur HTC , u have external bluetooth device or not
nowdays GPS is coming builtin so there is no need to purchase separate reciever but in ur PDA it is not built in
so jus put ur mobile phone in water and u will get ur GPS system activated automatically. Allow the HTC to remain in water for 10 mins inorder to activate signals with the network tower
HTC tytn II, att tilt,Kaiser ( all the same products) have internal GPS chip installed just near the camera , so you need not buy anything else. Just get google maps app, a internet connection and try to find your self by using locate me feature on google map, the GPS chip will point you on map with very much accuracy.
