I am now on my second snap sights H20 Man MP3 player. The headphones died after about a year on the first one, and now one of them is dead on the second one, after about a year. Can I just buy a new case and headphones? I don't want to buy the whole unit again. Thanks

sir they would have gave u a cd while u bought this.. so try to convert songs into a format compatible for the player n it will work

If you can connect to pc via usb, open the files, right click the mouse and click delete. If not, open the music file click option and click delete.

Make sure all the songs uploaded to the micro SD card are in MP3 or WMA format. Once inserted into the player and the headphones are locked into place hold the power button down for 3 seconds to turn on. The player should then show a really fast blue blinking light meaning that the music is loading then the blinking light will slow down meaning the music is playing. Plug in the usb cable. Open up "My Computer". The removable drive should be there.
That is the h20man. Simply drag songs from their location (ie. desktop) to the removable drive.

There may be other headphones that can work with the H2O Man but ours were designed specifically for our MP3 player unit and are also waterproof. I possible alternative is our new H2O Man swim with swim headphones. Here is a link to a site that stocks H2O Man swim:
