Hello, I have been replacing the rubbler ball on my class 5 cimmaron yearly becomes too soft and I think is why does not flus properly. I noticed the new flush valve assembly in the new class 6 cimmaron that does not use the rubber stopper. Will this fit in my class 5 cimmaron? Thank you

The balls are out of the spinning jets, expensive if you need 20 or 20, can replace with fixed ones at low cost

Hello, It very well may be the limit switch,a Limit switch opens when the heat exchanger gets too hot and the most likely cause is lack of airflow. I would check the blower motor and make sure it is running at proper speed and not running too slow, clean burners out, clean blower wheel if dirty, and have the heat exchanger inspected.

You will see that the unit has a 5 year warranty and requires regular cleaning and maintenance in order to work properly. IF you can not tweek it so it will work by flipping the diaphragms then send it in for repair. the address in at the end of the manual. Joe

Either the seals need to be replaced, or you may have weak oven door hinges, and the door is not closing properly.
Only solution would be to replace both hinges if this is the case.

Hello, my W6761 becomes the same. When it happens, you can clear the problem by "soft ware reset". Following is the procedure:
1. Power it on
2. Push Start/Stop buttom 5 times
3. Push "Enter", ">", "<", "Menu" buttons (from right to left)
4. Again, push "Enter", ">", "<", "Menu" buttons
5. Wait for 30 seconds that the above soft ware cycle resets the internal status
6. Power it off and on, again
7. You need to execute above "soft ware reset" within 15 seconds

Start washing and check to see if above reset the problem.
If it does not begin to work, repeat above "soft ware reset" cycle until it begins to work.
My W6761 once needed to repeat above cycle 7 times to solve the problem.
This problem happens in mostly in warmer season, so this will be related with high ambient or water temperature.
ASKO technician may replace the controller but even with the replaced controller, this problem often happens.
