I changed the brightness setting all the way down and now i cant see anything on the screen.it still works cause i can hear the music playing. I cant change the brightness to the way it was because i cant see anything. I tried resetting it but doesnt work, the screen is still all black. Help!!!!!

1) File > New > Presentation > Create (new presentation with all default settings)
2) Panel at right: Slide Transition > Modify Transition > Sound = "apert" (fourth in the drop down list)
You should hear a short (~2s) sound at this point, as the effect is "previewed". If you don't hear it, try the "Play" button at the bottom of the Slide Transition panel. If that doesn't work, then OOo is not able to play sounds and you have to fix that before proceeding.
3) Slide Transition > Modify Transition > Sound = "Other sound" > (select your long music file).
You may or may not hear the preview for this, it depends on whether your music file has a quiet leader at the beginning. If the audio starts right away, you should hear it. If the audio starts after 1-2s of silence, you won't hear anything.
4) Click "Slide show" (bottom of the Slide Transition panel) or F5.
You should hear the music start. It will continue to play even after you advance to the next slide (which is the black "End of show" screen. Advance again to end the show and the music should stop.

Try to look at a similar tablet and see where your settings are,And change your brightness to at least seeable.

it is a button on the remote half way down the left side it has a small picture of a phone next to the button you have to press, and are they pared, good look

I think problem is caused by unplugging the jack before pausing/Stopping the music.
1) Plug in a headset into the jack
2) Open up a media player (either the MP3 player or any online music)
3) Begin to let the music play.
4) Stop the music from playing after a few seconds
5) Completely exit out of the media application.
6) With the headset still plugged in, wait about 15-30 seconds. (this is so that the media/pandora app task can "fully" stop from running)
7) Unplug the headset.
The phone should now be able to emit sound from the earpiece.

If the above does not work, other methods I have read tell you to plug in a headset & play music. While the music is playing, quickly remove & insert the headset into the jack (not too rough so if doesn't break anything) until you hear the music coming out of the speaker.

Finally, if you still have the issue, try rebooting. Turn off the Phone, Remove the battery completely and reinsert after 30 seconds. Turn on the Phone.

Hopefully that should fix the issue.

you know if you press the home button tywice then your music comes up right?.....So all you need to do about the screen is to go to setting then click brightness and and if your auto-bright is not on or your brightness level above that is down the just turn it up to how high you want.

you can reset the system to its factory default setting by holding the power button down for quite a while, the system should beep two or three times and then shut down.
