Please check if the IP address you type is the right one by following the steps below.
Connect the router to the computer and restart the router (after 2 minutes once it is initialized follow the steps below)

Click on start and click on Run (for windows XP)
In the run box type cmd and hit enter
You will be in a black command prompt screen,
Please type Ipconfig and hit enter
you will see the right address for your router agains Default gateway.

The Default gateway in your computer will be your IP address of the router, unless manual IP configuration is done.

If you're trying to get into your router webpage, the address is 192.168.1.1 not 192.168.0.1
