It is fairly simple to delete the application.
Simply follow the next steps:
1. Navigate to the installations screen
2. Use the joystick until the Wavesecure application is highlighted
3. press the backspace key
4. Select "yes"

Sure. I just need the phone IMEI number. You can find it by pressing *#06# and press send or call.
Then the unlock code should be sent to you with the instructions.
