I received a Sungale CD 705 digital photo frame for Christmas this year. I have a memory card (was very disappointed that this frame did not even include its own memory card with it) so I loaded a lot of JPEG photos from my computer onto the memory card. When I put the card into the frame, it flashes "no playable file". The memory card is a SD, everything seems to match up correctly so I can't understand why it is not working.

SOURCE: Need to transfer -- not delete-- photos loaded onto Sungale CA700

this is the "Dummy's" way but it works for me.
I put all my photos into a folder and email the folder to my husband and he replies to me with the folder attached and then I save them to a disc. If you don't have cd-writer, you can email them to Office Depot and pick up the disc, call your Office Depot first, some do not have this service.

hi,
1- please test with another SD card, 2- check the side lock whether it is in lock position if so slide to unlock, 3- check in side card slot whether any of the contact inside is bend, if so must open and change the memory card slot.

I received a 7" pandigital

If the photo frame has a slot for an SD card, you can drag and drop the images you want to the card and then insert it into the frame. Connecting the card to the computer can be accomplished by using a card reader or, if the computer has a built-in SD slot, just insert the card.

I just bought a digital photo frame for my husband for christmas and i get so many pictures downloaded...then it just stops and says insufficient memory card.....i thought there was something wrong with...

I'm pretty sure this means that you have filled up the internal memory on the picture frame.
I just bought my sister a photoframe for Christmas (made by Phillips) and we got the same message. Not the most precise wording on the error message, but we tried deleting a few photos and the error went away. Then I checked the internal memory of the frame, and it is only 128M, which is not alot of photos.
I think the solution will be to buy a USB memory stick to leave in the frame. For about $10 you can get a 4G USB memory stick, which is about 32 times the space of the internal memory, at least if you have a similar model as we do.

My children gave me a digital photo frame for Christmas. I have a Nikon digital camera. I have downloaded and deleted from my camera several pictures I would like to put into my photo frame. Am I able to...

If the "camera chip" you refer to is a removable SD Memory Card you need to put that into a SD Card Slot on your computer or use an USB Card Reader device. The computer will recognize the SD Card as a Disk Drive and you can use Windows Explorer to transfer the picture files to it.

Sungale digital photo album TD350A

After playing with mine for awhile, I found that you can insert your memory card into the album, click "exit" until you get to the photo icon, click it, then it will give you a choice of "internal memory" or Memory card," click mem card. You can use the right and left arrows to scroll through the photos (time consuming), then when you see one you want to download, hit "OK" to pause it, then click the up arrow, it should say "saving..." hope this helps.
