After 8hrs of continous operation it shuts off and shows a aux/fault light on the display panel. Then has to be restarted and will run 8 hrs then trip again. The problem is it is a remote site so having to drive out & restarted it is difficult at best.

Aux fault is caused by a momentary loss of voltage from the speed sensor or low coolant level sensor. I would suggest you investigate both for possible cause.
If the unit has a low coolant level sensor you can find it near the top of radiator, small two wire plug. Disconnect and see if unit runs. make sure radiator is filled to over flowing before testing to eliminate this as the cause. Just because you can see or feel the coolant is not enough, fill to overflowing is the key.

I have a Jandy Aqualink RS8 Wireless One Touch system that is not operating right. Auxiliary 3 is not working at all. Each time the filter pump automatically begins, three other auxiliaries (5, 6 and 7)...

Yes, you can just replace the board.
There are internal signals generated by the cpu board that open and close your aux relays.
With this type of failure (multiple aux's tripping at same) it is always just a board problem.
You will want to recheck all the wiring before installing new board to ensure that a short is not being created due to a bad connection.

My copier AR206 comes ON but display L then 6 continously

An L6-10 (if you hold down the start button the remaining portion of the fault will show up) fault means the polygon mirror in the laser unit has failed. Try shutting the unit down/unplugging it for 30+ seconds. If this does not reset the fault, you will need to have the laser unit (the LSU) replaced by a trained copier technician.
