I have a docucolor 12 and x12 fiery. I am trying to calibrate from the fiery. It will printer calibration page, but it can't measure scanner. It comes up with check scanner cable connection. I have tried replugging cables, turning power off on back on on both printer and fiery. What could the problem be?

You should have a color separation guide with small gray scale from Kodak. You put the gray scale and the calibration sheet on the glass and follow the instructions from the fiery display.

There are 2 cables that go between the fiery and the printer, not sure where you can get these. You will need to be running windows xp connect to the fiery with an ethernet line download the drivers, command workstation, and fiery remote scan from the xerox website hopefully the fiery still has its software loaded otherwise post a request for a copy here.
