Just purchased polaroid TLAC-02255. when i scan for channels on both the tv and converter box it never picks up fox, pbs, or kgw. all channels i could get on my old tv with the converter box. how do i fix this? or how do i add channels manually?

Not a solution...but an "answer". First, you should call the tech support number and talk to them; but others have posted on this site (and I'm about to) that they're having the same problem (mine won't get cbs or abc stations). I was told, as was another poster on this site, that 'some tvs just don't tune into some stations).

Even though the tvs have built-in ACTS and a NCTS tuner (for analog and hd) they don't always work with external (rabbit ear) antenna.

ANother poster to fixya wrote that she's returning her set to Target...where mine was also purchased. I'm going to ahve to box up ours also and return it, a shame since it was a gift!
