Of course u can use 16 gb like i did....but the phone's ram is not strong for things like 1...syncing pics gallery with fbook2...using 2 or more folders for pictures3..3g network in a bad network area....it ll keep searching, waisting battery and avail ram 4...using more than 0ne launcher theme .like me i use the ics go theme5... dont use the locker theme too
u and i can agree that when u remove the mem.card, there are no lags or problems. so remove the me card and fix all this

and u re good to go ....enjoy experia x10

What's your problem? My PNY 16Gb sdhc mememry card keeps saying card error in my camera

There are several possible causes for "memory card locked", "memory card error", or "no memory card". The most common cause is having the tiny slide switch on the side of the card in the wrong position. The second most common is trying to use a 4GB or higher SDHC card with an older camera made before SDHC format came out. There are also other common causes if the above didn't help, with troubleshooting steps for this problem listed here.

Is it possible to get a bigger sd card for my xperia x10?

Yes it is possible to get a bigger memory card.

I think Sony say the X10 will accept a 16gb card but I have heard of people using a 32gb card.

The X10 uses MicroSD cards and are situated under the battery cover on the opposite side to the sim card. :)

I have a kodak easy share C315 the message keeps telling me to reformat the memory card, I say ok and then it gives me an error. I tried to reformat in the computer but I don;t know how. The memory card is...

Maybe it is having trouble with the size of the memory. Memory cards have grown enormously in capacity in the last couple of years, and even relatively new cameras may not be able to cope with the memory size of the newest cards. It is often difficult to find out the maximum capacity a camera will use, as today's memory cards are much larger that those available when the manual for the camera was written.

SD and SDHC cards fit the same slots, but many cameras won't work with the SDHC (high capacity) cards. SDHC is not backwards compatible. If the card you are trying to format is above 2GB, it will be an SDHC card.

Which is the best memory card and largest capacity for Xperia X10 mini pro? I am confused by number of microSD cards available and they say not compatable with all products.

The shop I bought my x10 mini pro from told me a 16 GB card is the highest compatable memory card for this phone.Sandisk are a good brand-I've always bought this brand and as yet have never had any problems with them.
