I checked everything, the printer is connected, there's ink, everything is good, but it says it's offline. I clicked "Use printer online", but it's still offline. I tried Refresh, and it's still offline, but all lights go on when I turn it on, and I have tried restarting my computer, and the turn the printer on and off thing. It keeps saying it's offline

check weather u have connected all cables properly
then check for your printer driver
after checking if everything is proper then right click on mycomputer select manage then serch for the installed driver then right click on pirticular driver go to properties then select driver tab then select rollback option if this dosent works then go to control pannel then go to printer n scanner option delet the installed printer and add it again

Check whether the ink cartridges are properly installed.If installed incorrectly they can cause the printer to go offline.Install them correctly.
Also check whether you're running low on cartridges ink and replace if need be.

In most cases the printer driver software can have errors while being in use or is shut down. So to reset remove your printer from the PC and uninstall the printer software. Now reinstall the printer software and then connect the Printer to be detected as a new hardware as it will be installed. Now check the printer properties to see the ink levels.
Activate head cleaning before a test is taken .Use the test print to calbrate the SCANNER.

Check all the leads and connections of the mother board , the tags to the ink cartridge. Also check the mechanical settings of the ink cartridge , if jammed or tight remove motor and manually free the drive before it is set back.

Go into printers and faxes in Xp or Printers and devices in Windows 7. Double click on the printer icon and click on file and then Offline and it will change to online. That should do it.

Go to start; printers and faxes right click on your printer and you should see use printer offline and a check next to it, click there and you should be ok. If not they may be a button on the machine that will allow you to go online.

Printer Offline cause if your printer isnot available like if your printer is installed in your computer oflaptop and the printer is not plug in or printer is off. that cause printer offline. right click and look for online and click thats it your printer is online now. if the printer is connected on the network and it is offline it means your printer or your pc is not connected on the network.

1. Click Start --> Printers and Fax.
2. Right click the printer icon and check the following:
a. Check whether the All-in-One is set as default printer.
b. Ensure that the there is a check mark on the "Use printer online". If you have the Use printer offline, make it online by selecting the option.
c. Ensure that there is no check mark on the Pause printing.
