System 32 contains a number of the system files that Windows needs to use in order to be able to run. right click on the drive in which you have installed windows and try doing a disk clean up and an auto matically fix filesystem errors and scan and attempt recovery of bad sectors.if this doesn't work try restoring the system to an earlier restore point.this should solve the issue in 90% cases

1.Run
cmd.exe with administrator privileges (Start > type 'cmd' then right
click on cmd.exe and select Run as Administrator, then click Continue
when prompted by the elevation consent dialogue box). This will
open a command prompt in c:\windows\system32
2.Type
cd..
3.Type
"cd SysWOW64" (Without The Quotes) press Enter
4. Type
"regsvr32 vbscript.dll" (Without The Quotes) press Enter
You
should now get a message that says: "DllRegisterServer in vbscript.dll
succeeded."
5. Type
"regsvr32 jscript.dll" (Without The Quotes) press Enter
You
should now get a message that says: "DllRegisterServer in jscript.dll
succeeded."
Restart
Your Computer.
Now try
running Yahoo!
