During the setup I get err=1805 addmonitor fail. any idea why? I am installing on a Win 7 pc, the printer is an Epson CX7800.

Then you can save the driver in your C drive in a folder you know of.  Please use this new driver during your adding of a new printer in your PC.

Run the head cleaning and aligin program.

Hi, Just go to the Temp Folder in C:\User\*Your user name*\Appdata\Local\Temp rigth click on it, select properties and check out the read only box

be sure that the lx300+ you are installing is in current setup. it should work if it indicates the the epson lx300+ is the default printer.

Just go to Epson's website and you could download a copy of the drivers, and any other software that was on the cd.

The best thing to do is uninstall the software driver and then reboot your system then install device drive once again and problem should be solved.
