I had a similar problem where my evaporator coil was freezing into a block of ice, which caused my fridge to warm up due to a lack of air flow. I fixed this by doing a few things. I replaced the circuit board ($100) which was easy to do. Unfortunately, this didn't fix my problem so I took the inner fridge cover off to view the evaporator/heater coil assembly. I checked my thermo fuse and found it to be open (failed). I ordered the thermo fuse and the thermistor and replaced them both. I then plugged the fridge back up and put a regular thermometer inside the fridge to get an accurate reading of inside temp. A few days now and everything looks good. The board, fuse, and thermistor were all pretty easy to replace.
There are a few things we need to look at. The likely cause is frosting up of the coils. This will also stop the fan. The best thing to do is to defrost the unit completely. The easiest way to do this is to shut it down and leave the doors open for 24-48 hours. You'll have to mop up a surprising amount of water. Now, why did it happen? Probably humidity due to 'window shopping', not closing the doors/bad/dirty gaskets, leaving liquids in the box which are uncovered. If this doesn't fix it...and you'll know after a week or so, it may be that the unit is low on gas or has a defective defrost timer...but that is getting ahead of ourselves.
Chances are the fuse in the evaporator section is bad and won't go into defrost automatically. Samsung refrigerators are junk! Good luck getting anyone to service this one.
