HELLO,
MY HUSAND passed away AND HE HAD BOUGHT A SAECO VIENNA DIGITAL AUTOMATIC EXPRESSO COFFEE MAKER. I WOULD LIKE TO USE IT BUT DO NOT HAVE THE INSTRUCTION MANUAL. DO YOU HAVE A COPY OF AN EXISTING MANUAL THAT COULD BE SENT BY PDF FOR THIS MODEL?
PLASE ADVISE,
THANKS AND REGARDS,
CARLA BAKER

Notice if you can hear the pump when you are opening for steam. If you dont hear it ther is a problem at the switch. If you hear it then the tube is just blocked with milk.
Hi
A good setting would be 8 for the big knob and half way from the neutral to the + side of the small knob. Never all the way to the + as you could get an overcharge and damage the brew drive gears.

I just picked up my repaired Saeco expresso machine. The people that work here are very professional and spent a lot of time with me showing me how to properly clean my machine. It was about a 30 minute drive east from my house near the Galleria but it was WELL worth it. I say that as I sip on some homemade Latte - yummy!
Could be a number of reasons. If you "hear" the brew group moving in one direction, stop and then move again, then the microswitches are o.k. If the sound of the movement is low and/or slow ( slower that normal), the CPU/power board may be bad and needs to be replace. If the movement is as before (same sound and movement) but not lining up, perhaps the brew drive motor is bad. To remedy this situation, an authorized SAECO Service Center would have to open your machine and replace damaged components. Contact Saeco USA Inc. to located a Service Center near you at 800-933-7876 (toll-free), ask for customer support, or contact SAECO via e-mail at : [email protected]

I had this problem on my Saeco Vienna Digital a while back. I read somewhere just to keep on ventilating, even if it took 20 hoppers of water. Sure enough after about 16 cycles, I heard a change in the noise and looked to see the ventilate sign was gone.
