One of my customers has a CMD6 with SIR-CL3 Sirius receiver. When powered up the unit displays "SIRIUS NO TUNER" and then shuts off, powers itself up again, repeats display message then shuts...

I am having the exact same problem with my CMD6. The sirius worked fine with my CMD4, but has the same problem with constantly rebooting when I hook it up to the CMD6. Did you find a solution?

My new Clarion CMD6 stereo won't stay powered up.

If all power and ground are good to go then the unit needs to be fixed. Being that it is more likely to "see" moisture, it may have water shorting out the circuits.

Clarion Marine XMD3 / SIR-CL1 Sirius Troubleshooting

I had the same problem with invalid channel on all channels ! Had to reset the siriuss receiver by removing power for 15 sec and restoring! that means not just shuting it off but removing all power to the sirius unit not the clarion unit itself and reastablishing power to it turning on the clarion head unit and walah! satelite would recieve ESN and 184 and programing! Hope it works for you after 3 long waiting periods on the phone!
