If it is in an Apple product, I would not know. But for Windows based or Linux based computers, locate the icon of the loudspeaker on the task bar (at the bottom right in Windows, or the Top right in Linux). Click on the loudspeaker icon, and adjust the volume or remove the X on the speaker.
