I finally was able to get my motorola Ve 20 activated then it lost service about 20 minutes later, could this be a software or antenna issue

Visit a tracfone retailer or contact TracFone Wireless Prepaid Cell Phone Pay As You Go No Contract Cell Phone to add minutes.

There will be a sticker on the laptop wi the product key. It will be in the format of xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxx Sometimes the sticker will be under the battery. If the sticker is not on the laptop it was either removed, or you need to make a complaint with Walmart.

In order to make other devices see your motorola mobile phone, you should enable "discovery mode", which is activated in Bluetooth menu of your phone.
Please be aware that this feature is turning on only for 3 minutes, then new devices won't be able to find your cell phone. If 3 minutes is not enough, you can activate this feature again (and again).
This procedure is only required for initial pairing, there is no need to perform this operation every time.

sir its the software problem give to the motorola service center to re-install the new software..........

unplug your modem wait 30 seconds and plug it back in also make sure that you have service activated

check any vires issue,or full format

Have you used the external antenna port? If this is damaged it renders phone useless. Somehow connected to main antenna.

either the antenna is broken, or your service was cancelled. Contact SIRIUS for your account info. Did you pay to have the new radio turned on? I believe they have a $75.00 "activation fee".

Try to take the battery out and put it back after 20 minutes later. Issue might be software related too. If software issue re-flashing will resolve the issue.

I had the same problem with my phone- i got a cheap generic battery to replace the old one (which wasn't holding a charge for a full day, at that) and then i lost all signal, basically. I tried what scm_pa said he did - charged my old battery up, with the phone off, till the charge was complete- turned the phone on, and voila, reception!
