The 5208 is a stand alone or slave communicator. The trouble light indicates several functions.
1, Trouble in main panel ie: open circut, low or no battery, ground fault.....ect
2. AC trouble
If you go to www.silentknight.com and search 5208 you can download a cut sheet for free. Is this a security system or fire alarm system? Does not really matter though, serves the same purpose.

You have a very nice panel. You should be able to determine the trouble condition yourself by inserting and turning the key and pressing the up and down arrows. The most likely cause in your case would be that the panel has a communication failure because the old monitoring company no longer supports the old account. If this is the case, get a different company to monitor your account because they are trying to sell you a new panel, which you don't need.
Here's the panel manual for reference: http://www.silentknight.com/CatalogDocuments/151204.pdf

Is Central Valley One,Inc, a legitament company that buys bank notes

With the advent of the Internet, it's now easier than ever to start a company. But knowing the difference between a real company and a cardboard storefront designed to scam you out of your hard-earned dollars can save you a lot of money and hassles. Legitimate companies offer a level of transparency about their organizational structures, making it simple to identify them from their shadowy counterparts. Have a question? Get an answer from a personal finance professional now!

    • Research a company's address and business phone number. While having a post office box doesn't necessarily make the company an illegitimate one, if you call the company without receiving a call back, the phone and address may be a front. Ethical companies are all about doing business and selling products or services. They make every effort to call back potential customers.
    • 2 Ask the company for its Tax Identification Number or Employer Identification Number. Legitimate companies must file taxes and report to the IRS. This requires a TIN or EIN issued by the IRS. Ethical companies have no problem filling out the IRS W-9 form, "Request for Taxpayer Identification and Certification."
    • 3 Check the company's standing with a credit rating company. Many companies offer a one-time free report or the company's credit standing report for a small fee.
    • 4 Ask for a copy of the company's business license. Business licenses are typically issued by the city, county or jurisdiction in which the company operates.
    • 5 Request a copy of its organizational status. If the company indicates that it is incorporated or a limited liability company, it must register with the secretary of state's office in the state in which it does business.
    • 6 Review its contractor license online. Contractors must be licensed in the state in which they operate. Most all states provide a free online service where you can look up the contractor by name or license number. If a business does contracting work without a license, it is operating outside of state laws.
    • 7 Ask if the company is a member of any professional association. You can verify its membership by contacting the organization directly.
    • 8 Check the company's complaint record with your local consumer affairs department or state attorney general.
    • 9 Verify the company's registration data if it is an online site only. Many sites offer domain name searches that allow you to see to whom the site belongs. If the information is not clear enough, seems incomplete or the phone numbers listed don't work, it's a good chance the company is not a legitimate one.
    • 10 Review the company's payment methods. Legitimate companies use valid online payment accounts that you can check and allow you to register a complaint or ask for a refund. Companies that are not ethical do not provide an opportunity for you to get a refund.
    • 11 Examine the terms and conditions of the company's website, its policies, contact information and more. If the online company doesn't provide this information at all, don't do business with it.

Can I see what website someone is going on from my company or other phone

If your company has a hardware firewall, you can view the logs for all traffic and it will give you all IP addresses going out and where as long as the duration of the connection and the IP addresses they are connecting to. There is also software that you can install in each computer to monitor their use as long as you have notified your employees that the computers are the property of the company and that all activity is monitor, etc, etc (other legal stuff according to your state).
Both of this options require too much time and resources and if you have one problem person ruining it for the rest of your staff, my solution in the past has been to replace that person. You can also restrict web use at the firewall level or computer level to only specified websites necessary for daily business.
Hope this helps.

I have a table top silent air purifier, professional series with ozone guard from Sharper Image and the blue light started blinking. I cleaned it and put it back together and it strats blinking again...

Unfortunately Sharper Image has discontinued support on the product line.  There was a recall going on with the product but since the company is chapter 11 right now, I don't think it is being honored right now.
What happened was Consumer Reports ran a test on ionizers, Sharper Image received a bad score and filed a lawsuit.  They lost the suit and had to pay all legal bills causing Sharper Image to reorganize.

The EPA has reported that using ionizers in a house or business may be harmful to your health.  You can read an article about it on their website.

The Consumer Products Safety Commission is going to release a final report on all ionizers by the end of the year.  Their decision may discontinue all sales of any ionizers in the United States.  This industry should have been regulated years ago just by the EPA data alone and for some reason it has been ignored.
