SOURCE: silicon radio control watch, what # is the eastern zone
It depends which way you are looking at- West or East.
5th time zone on West is for: Greenland, Canada, USA, Bahamas, Jamaica, Columbia, Peru.
On East: Russia, Kazakstan, Uzbekistan, Afghanistan, Pakistan, India, Maldives.
I just do not understand why you do need this. All radio controlled watches are receiving the signal from the place in country where watch is worn- in my case its Rugby in England.
Use your user manual to sort this out.
