The wire inside the earphones Tore. If these earphones came with the Player then they are probably not very strong earphones. Usually the name brand ones are more durable. I believe it is time for you to buy some new earphones.

Have my earphones on but can not hear music

You could try using your earphones with another device to see if they are working properly. For example, I think my earphones have a broken wire in them because when the earphone plug revolves up or down in the jack the sound cuts out. When I turn the plug around a little, the sound comes back. (I am sure you had the volume turned up :)

Can we hear to music without an earphone connected??

You need earphones to listen to music and movies.

Most
MP3 players can only play music files in mp3 file format. You need to convert your CDs to mp3 music files onto yourcomputer or download them from the Internet and then copy them to your MP3player.
You can do this using Windows Media player and Rip the CDs - Media Player willcreate a MP3 music file for each music track.

Earphones on my turtle beach x1's not working

Try using the headset to listen to your iPod or MP3 player. Plug the USB plug into your Xbox or PC USB port, then plug the X1 green plug into the Headphones jack on your iPod or MP3 player. Make sure the master volume is up on the X1 (inline volume control box). Play a tune on the MP3 player. Do you hear the music? If yes, the X1 is fine. If no, you should contact Turtle Beach tech support and tell them about it.

I can't hear any music in my left earphone

Plug your earphones into another device, radio, or something like that.

If the problem still happens the earphone may be faulty..

Playing some Mp3 players at full volume can cause this problem. Once the damage is done, there is no fix - sorry.

Can't hear music from sansa

Hi. If you have to adjust your earphone (even if you used other earphones) just to get a normal stereo sound, then the problem is with the player's earphone jacks. If that's the case (and assuming the radio feature of the player also manifests the same problem), then you may need to call the tech support guys at SanDisk for advanced troubleshooting, or possibly replacing that player. I found their tech support contact number at their website upon consulting prior issues I had with my player. Here it is: 1-866-726-3475.
