You can usually find the model number on the rating plate on the back of the TV. Model numbers for 42" Plasmavision screens appear to begin with P42 followed by some more letters and numbers.
A user manual is available from this link:- http://safemanuals.com/user-guide-instructions-owner-manual/FUJITSU/PLASMAVISION%20PDS4221-_E
Check for a hidden power switch under the lower left or right under corner of the screen, ensure it is ON (- not sure if this switch is fitted to your model, but it does exist on other Fujitsu models).
Fujitsu no longer support or manufacture plasma screen TVs - therefore no parts are available from them. [Fujitsu only serviced to board replacement level - very expensive].
The Fujitsu models (generally, after 4 or more years use) suffer from cracked solder joints on circuit boards (due thermal cycling stress).
See Fixya tips:-
"Fujitsu Plasma 42" random shutdown - continuous flashing red led".
A competent service technician should be able to implement the service bulletin.
A similar service bulletin is probably available for your model.
Request bulletin from Fujitsu '[email protected]'
You have not fully identified the model number of your unit, but
this is most likely caused by the Main Power pcb.
For models P42HHxxxxx and P42HCxxxxx see Fujitsu Service Bulletin on this problem. -see link below http://tomtom2k5.free.fr/fujitsu/PDP-0035-06.pdf
