Thank you for question. I understand your concern with your Frigidaire range. Without knowing the model number I can't be 100 percent certain but F30 generally implies an open oven temperature sensor probe. The oven temperature sensor probe is located inside the oven cavity in the rear upper left or rear upper right hand corner. It can generally be removed and disconnected from inside the oven cavity. Check the wiring harness connections between the control board and the oven temperature sensor probe connector. Check the resistance or the sensor at room temperature with an Ohm meter, if less than 996 ohms, replace probe. Check with meter, for shorted probe harness between control & probe connector. . I recommend calling a service technician to diagnose and repair your range.
