I have Problem with the Transcend StoreJet 2.5 120 GB USB 2.0 Hard Drive. I didnot register it on line.in time i was presented this nice device.. because it was working ok .when i just connect it to LapTop. NOW..After almost 2 years .it s became not RECOGNISED BY MY pc. And i cant find any driver for it.I have all my important documents in Transcend. WHat can i do.friends.. Any help? Please help old Lady. Thanks if responded. Looks like you probably have some corruption on that disk. Assuming it isn't physical damage on the disc, running a CHKDSK on that entire drive may fix that for you.
With the drive plugged in, open My Computer, right-click on the drive and select PROPERTIES. Then click on the TOOLS tab, click CHECK NOW, check both boxes then click START. Let than run and it will tell you when it is done. Once it is, try opening that folder again.
