go to, www.oneforall.com. click on "sevice and support" at top of page. underneath the"Top 5 downloads" heading , click on the firtst one, " URC 3021 ENG". this should be what your looking for.

Go online and search for the owners manual for your TV. It has the common codes for receivers, DVD players, etc. listed in the back with the instructions on how to program the remote.
