Align screen cant make me turn on or off my fone

Hold down volume down + power at the same time for 30 seconds... that should reset it without losing your data.

Take out your battery and then put it back in. That should reset your phone.

my phone showthn screen and masage tap the target firmly and accurately ateach location on the screen .The target will continue to move until the screen us aliged

Hi, if you havnt tried the soft reset, you can try that. If that doesnt help you can do a hard reset.
Hold down the power button and then use the stylus to press the soft reset button on the phone.

Dear, i think its software problem, u should go to a certified mobile fone repairer and get flash ur fone...

Im guessing that your settings is set to default for this to work..

-turn fone on.
-wait for a while to load up.
-press select button(middle).

There are two ways of doing this depending if your menu is set to grid or listing.Remembering is the key for it to work.

Grids:
-arrow down once
-select
-arrow up up once
-select
-select
-turn fone off after 5minutes and transfer to working fone.

List:
-arrow down 7 times
-select
-arrow up once
-select
-select
-turn fone off after 5minutes and transfer to working fone.

all u have to do is while the fone is on take the battery and sim card and or sd memory card out. then put only the battery in and turn the fone back on while holdin down the r botton the fone will then reboot it-self twice then let the r botton go and allow the fone to turn it-self on. the fone will then turn on to the main menu screen and u will not be able to do anything wif the fone till u re-register the fone.

Well the screen most probably froze because it was overworking itself. i dont really understand though you cant turn it on?

Well, folks i had the same problem with the damn i-mate K-JAM model but i have figured out its solution. Well screen alignment options will always come on ever reset whether it is hard or normal and further more it would be nail biting for most of us because it doesn't work at all. It seems like some sort of a bug either in Windows Pock PC edition or HTC manufacturing bug. Whatever u call it only we would be the victim of it. Here is the solution.  

When the alignment screen comes Just Tag the {+} << in the exact centre it will then move to the top let corner of the screen again tag it from the middle and it will then jump to the lower left corner now don't tag it from the middle instead tag the lower left corner of the screen. It will then move to lower right corner of the screen now tag it again in the middle and finally it will fly to the top right corner now again instead of clicking in the middle just hit the top most right corner of the screen and now u r done. Screen is finally aligned whoops!

Sometimes even when the screen is aligned the touch pad malfunctions if this is the case with you u need to update the firmware like i did just search through Google the i-mate k-jam windows Pocket edition update.
