With or without the reverse lookup zone, i cant able to understand the reverse lookup zone purpose
In DNS, the forward lookup zone has the purpose ton give you an ip address for the requested domain - example: you type www.google.com and the dns client asks the dns server for this domain. Sometimes later you hopefully get the ip address.
The reverse lookup zone is for the other way - if you have an ip address and you use tracert to enumerate the routing path, your dns server looks into his database and gives you the domain name (if available). Reverse lookup zones are necessary in large, segmented ad infrastructure, especially if smallband network connections are in place.
Reverse lookup zone is useful for finding hostname using it's IP address

I am not clear as to what you are asking, would you mind explaining exactly what information you need to know or describe the problem in more detail. Are you asking what is a reverse lookup Zone? Or something else? If you would not mind clarifying this for me, I will do my best to help. Thanks
