How do I lubricate my new DW293 DeWalt Impact Wrench, and with what oil/grease? The manual I got with the tool says to take to an authorized service professional, which I don't want to do

Idon't know what they mean unless there is a centrial port and instrucions for this opperation. It would have to be for the main drive gears that would handle the direct force in the gear box that would have sepperate from the motor and sealed. They can't mean that the unit has to be disasmbled on a regular basis wheather you use it or not. This is a good one i would call factory derict and find out what there trying to hide from you like a defect that they know about and when it brakes its all your felt because you didn't take it to an rep to be manitaned. Isn't that why you buy the tool in the first place so you don't need anyone else to do the job. I use lots of tools im in bisness and iv'e seen a big decline in the quility of a lot of tool companys and dewalt is one of them they make things to homedopt standands sell them cheaper but ther not professional quitaly tools.
