The Main controllers always seem to be the problem on these quads. If you have a voltmeter you must check the batteries for a complete charge. You should read 24volt or around 24.60 vdc. If you have a full charge usaully 12-16 hrs by the charger supplied with the quad. Than check the output to the motor by disconnecting the motor wire and put your leads in the sockets and verify if you are getting voltage to the motor. Make sure you re-connected the battery before testing the controller output. You should see a varying voltage from 0-24 vdc when the throttle is turned. If you do not see anything at the motor lead and your batteries show charge. the controller is faulty or you have a bad connection. Un-plug and plug and connectors.

Just purchased one, used it for 3 days, fully charged today and same problem. If I lift back wheels off the ground acceleration is fine, when he sits on it it sounds like a grind, he only ways 40lbs

I am having a problem with the trottle . when i cirst start the tractor i can trottle the engine up and down,

You may have a fuel restriction. If it has a fuel filter remove it and blow through it. If there is any more than slight resistance, replace the filter and try again.

How to adjust idle on 94 eclipse

you should be able to adjust it by the trottle cable check under the hood and see if theres not two nuts holding your trottle cable in place if so ajust if need be. this is a easier way to increase your rpm at idle but you shouldnt be able to decre your rpms at idle this way. for that yu may have to look and see if there is a adjustment screw on your trottlebody that can increase and decrease your rpm at idle. if your have a low idle problem try cleaning the inside of your trottle body really good with a lint free rag and some trottle body cleaner also try cleaning your idle control vavle if cleaning your trottlebody didnt help.

VW PASSAT 1.6 PETROL. Engine cuts out everytime slow down, otherwise it's fine. I've had the trottle box cleaned and new air pipe fitted buy problem persists. Could it be the Brain (ECU)?

remove, clean trottle body. use trottle body cleaner(spray) or nitro and some small brush)It should shine from inside, allso/especialy below the flap (hatch). if you have possibiliti do basic setting (tester).
it is not ECU faulty

Need to know what the throttle body looks like & how to replace it..

The trottle body is located on the intake manifold. There will be a black tube going to it. This tube is the breather tube and on the opposite end is the air filter and it container. You trottle cable and cruise control cable will also be attached to it. If you are unsure of its location, have a friend get inside the car and work the gas peddle. While you are looking at the top of the moter, you should see the linkage at the trottle body moving. Tha linkage is part of the trottle body.

2001 ford taurus will not idle down

several things can do this but most likely would be
1 TPS trottle postion sensor = replace
2 stuck butterfly valve inside the trottle body = clean out with trottle body cleaner try to get most of the black build up with a old tooth brush
3 bad trottle cable= feel the cable make sure it moves freely if not replace it
