There's no option for now, you have to change it with something else. You can change it back to the one you like once you are logged in. After you are logged in, click "Account" on the right top corner and select "Account Setting" and then change it by clicking "Password". Type in the newly assigned password in the first box and then your old password in the two boxes (the one you like to assign), click "Change password" and you are done.
probably not, but you can try contacting facebook support. Also change you password to something more secure to help prevent being hacked in the future.
While creating an account in rediff, you are asked to provide an alternate mail id. If you have specified, you can request for a password to the alternate mail id.
If you've got a new password then use the password along with the user name to log in to Facebook then you can change the password to desired one after logging in.
