Hi. I have found that most problems come from miss typing in the License number. The best is to copy and paste. The password should work the same way.
If this is a **** copy, 123 Copy may have blocked that set of numbers.
If the numbers are all correct, and you have the original license and password. Contact the company that makes the software.
321 Studios first released DVD X Copy in 2003 and the company was taken
to court by several major studios and in February was ruled illegal by

copying software was taken off the shelves (although some retailers
continued selling the remaing inventory) leaving people (who has
license copy of the software) in frustrations because they can not
activate and use the software. There is no way you can activate the

First, you really shouldn't post the id or the password on a public forum. Second, what type of error comes up? Are you unable to use the license id and password? If so, first be sure that the software is compatible with your operating system. If it is, contact the company for assistance.
Upon installation, you should be able to use your original License ID and password. If you cannot, you should be able to call the company and give them some information proving you bought the program. They will probably understand and give you a new license.
