Is there a job seperator on this machine (gray tray in middle of paper eject)? If so try this...Press */language key @ left of control panel...Scroll down to "Machine default", press enter key...enter code 2000 or 6482...scroll to ejector of fax (if equipped) or ejector of copy...select what tray ...scroll up to "end"...press enter...that should bounce you back to "Ready to copy" screen.

Check and clear PM count(copies since from last PM and PM reset).Press start to display six digit PM cycle. Select "Clear" w/ cursor up/down to clear count back to ..
Go back to U001 and press Start key to exit.
I will attempt to help you with your problem. Keep in mind that I happend upon this post and I have absoultely no idea what has transpired before this contact with you today. Hopefully I can resolve your situation.
The CS-2030 does NOT come with a duplex unit as standard equipment. If your unit does not have an AD-61 duplex unit attached you will not be able to perform this function automatically. You can, however, use the bypass tray to reinsert the copy to ad a second side image. If you can tell me for certain that your unit is equipped with a duplex unit I will be glad to research your issue futher.
