My tv will lose volume for no reason while we are watching it. I try to press the volume button but nothing happens. I have to turn the tv completely off to regain volume. I have only had the tv for a month and have been dealing with this since the first day and can not figure out how to fix it. Thanks for any help!!

I have an LG, LCD TV, I have picture but no sound

some times you have to turn it off, unplug it, wait for 20 secs and plug it in again and turn it on, this would be the last step after trying the remote control thing, you know, check if mute buttom or volume, or the languaje option, good luck, God bless

No response to any button on remote or tv except power button

Press the 'Favorite' button on the remote. You may have accidentally pressed it. It locks the channel. Pressing again unlocks.

Bluetooth NS-BTHDST won't turn on

1- Plug the charger into a power outlet and connect the headset
2- Press the Volume Up and Volume Down buttons at the same time for resetting the device.

To Insignia: Please provide a line covering/linking this problem in Troubleshooting section of the manual, too. I found it in the Resetting section on page 22.

Blue light

Okay, I found a fix! Called JVC, spoke to somebody there, here it is:
1)unplug the TV completely, no wall no power strips, completely
2)wait 10 sec
3)plug TV back in and Turn it on, the light will still be doing the same thing
4)wait 30 sec
5)ON THE TV, not the remote, locate the menu, volume (-) and power button.
6)while simultaneously holding down the menu and volume (-) button, pressed the power button ONCE and continue to hold the other 2 for 10 sec.
7)on the remote control, go to menu>settings>system info
*** now this I know as a FACT will work on systems that display: JVC - ver.5.32FO001, but I don't know of any other versions***
8)press the mute button on the remote twice
9)unplugg TV again and wait 10 sec.
10) plug TV in and turn on

It SHOULD be working normally now... Thanx to the guys a JVC support for this one, I know it seems like an obvious first place to look, but sometimes it isn't. I for one checked online forums first.

TV will turn on, but not respond

Good Day, mistymiles;

Try this before calling a factory authorized service center:

Press " menu 2 > 4 > 7 > 0 > enter", on remote. After settings have been initialized > press the system reset button on the front, once the LED stops blinking > reprogram settings and tuner channels (if not using box). IF NOT fixed call for service (get estimate before repair) and suspect repair of DM PCB (printed circuit board).

Good Luck, big IRISH.

Freeze up

Most likely it's your memory ic (eprom). Sometimes depending on the make, an authorized service center can flash the eprom back to normal. This is something you can not do but I hope this helps a little.
