The driver for Live! Cam Vista IM (VF0420) can be found here:

File Name : LCVA_0420_DRV_LA_1_01_01.exe This download contains an improved version of the driver for Creative Live!® Cam Vista IM. It adds support for Microsoft® Windows® 7. For more details, read the rest of this web release note.

Requirements:

Microsoft Windows 7 32-bit or 64-bit, Windows Vista® 32-bit or 64-bit with Service Pack 1, Windows XP Professional x64 Edition, Windows XP with Service Pack 3
Creative Live! Cam Vista IM

Notes:

To install this driver
1. Download the LCVA_0420_DRV_LA_1_01_01.exe file onto your local hard disk.
2. Double-click the downloaded file.
3. Follow the instructions on the screen.

You may also choose to install the updated application file

New computer, old webcam, no installer cd.

Webcam Live! is at the 'end of its service life' and unlikely to have vista drivers available
You could try downloading here and then run the webcam in compatability mode

Webcam problem with vista

hi there has this webcam ever worked on vista, ive checked the creative website and can not find the webcam listed, if it is an older model they may not have updated the drivers for this webcam, it may not be vista compatible.
therefore i would like to suggest that it may result in a new camera

Problem with creative webcam in XP

Normal 0 Probably has corrupt driver.
Try disconnecting the Camera from the USB port and reinstall the CD or Downloaded software program. When the program asks you to connect the camera to the USB port, do so and it should work.

I want to install creative webcam driver no vf0100..i have lost driver CD

hey this is the site where you can find dirver of webcam vista pro VF0100
just go there and click on "Creative vista pro driver (version 1.00.05.0726)
by installing this your webcam will start working.

Vista window would not take my Creative lab webcam's driver

I had the same problem with the vf-0050 on a win vista x32 PC. I Downloaded the latest XP driver from creative and installed it. THe camera works fine with MSN messenger and skype. I'll have to wait and see if it works with x64 as well.
