Looks like you have to call the company.
I need to replace hinges for the safety 1st Perfect Fit gate and will do soon. If I remember, I'll provide an update.

We purchased two Regalo Extra Tall Baby Gates and found each of them to have after assembly, a 2-inch gap between the gate and the latch. It doesn't have a way to meet & isn't adjustable.

The gate has adjustable bolts either side, top and bottom. To reduce the gap you need to wind them outwards booths sides this will then reduce the gap. Hope this helps.

How to re-attach the headlight bulb retaining clip

1. make sure the bulb is fully seated.

2. the clip is hinged--like a gate-- at one end. Swing the "gate" shut. Its center will contact (jam on) the back of the bulb. Push in on the :"gate" and then downward on the end that is not the hinge.

How would I support a heavy wooden gate over uneven terrain?

You need to go back to the hinges. The is a house near me that has a gated drive that rises sharply from the road. Needless to say a normal hinge system would only allow the gate an opening of a few inches. The hinges on the gate allow all the movement required, it is your problem in reverse, but the answer is the same. That is where you need to get your ironmonger to look.

Evenflo model 10502 baby gate

Here is a link to Evenflo's website.
http://safety.evenflo.com/cs/sc/cssc_RD.phtml/
You can register your product, order instruction manuals and replacement parts. They also offer instructional videos, checklists and suggestions for keeping your baby safe. The site asks for the Model #10502, also the manufacture date (show example of where to locate.) I believe the instructions are free.
I order replacements parts in advance for items I can not live without. Living all over the world makes it difficult to get assistance in a timely manner. Also for gates that have permanently mounted hardware, I buy extra sets of mounting hardware. This allows me to move the gate, saving money by not having to purchase multiple gates.
This is not one of those times to "wing-it." Safety gates need to be installed per manufacturer specifications.
I hope this helps, good luck.
